We investigate the effects of final state interactions (FSI) contributions in the nonleptonic two body $B^{0}_{s} \rightarrow \pi^{0}\pi^{0}$ decay. The short distance interaction amplitude is calculated by using the annihilation diagrams and a tiny branching ratio is obtained, then the long distance amplitude is considered and calculated within FSI effects. For contributions of FSI, the ρ 0 ρ 0, π + π ?(ρ + ρ ?), K + K ?(K +? K ??) and $K^{0}\bar{K}^{0}(K^{0*}\bar{K}^{0*})$ are produced for intermediate states, in this case the π 0, π ?(ρ ?), K ?(?) and $\bar{K}^{0(*)}$ mesons are exchanged. The absorptive part of the diagrams is directly calculated and the dispersive part of the rescattering amplitude can be obtained from the absorptive part via the dispersion relation. The imaginary and real parts of the amplitudes are summed over all intermediate states. The predicted branching ratio of $B^{0}_{s} \rightarrow \pi^{0}\pi^{0}$ is 0.69×10?8 in the absence of FSI effects and it becomes 1.86×10?4 when FSI contributions are taken into account, while the experimental result is less than 2.1×10?4.  相似文献

Understanding a mechanical behaviour of polymer-based nonwoven materials that include large-strain deformation and damage can help to evaluate a response of nonwoven fibrous networks to various loading conditions. Here, a nonwoven felt made by thermal bonding of polypropylene fibres was used as a model system. Its deformation and damage behaviour was analysed by means of experimental assessment of damage evolution based on single-fibre failure and finite-element simulations. Tensile tests of nonwoven fabrics were carried out to characterise their damage behaviour under in-plane mechanical loading. It was found that progressive failure of fibres led to localization of damage initiation and propagation, ultimately resulting in failure of the nonwoven felt. To obtain the criteria that control the onset and propagation of damage in these materials, tensile tests on single fibres, extracted from the felt with bond points attached to their ends, were performed. A finite-element model was developed to study damage initiation and propagation in nonwovens. In the model, structural randomness of a nonwoven fibrous network was implemented by means of direct introduction of fibres according to the orientation distribution function. The evolution of damage in the network was controlled by a single-fibre failure criterion obtained experimentally. The proposed numerical model not only captured the macroscopic response of the felt successfully but also reproduced the underlying mechanisms involved in deformation and damage of nonwovens.  相似文献

In this paper we introduce a two-sided Arnoldi method for the reduction of high order linear systems and we propose useful extensions, first of all a stopping criterion to find a suitable order for the reduced model and secondly, a selection procedure to significantly improve the performance in the multi-input multi-output (MIMO) case. One application is in micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). We consider a thermo-electric micro thruster model, and a comparison between the commonly used Arnoldi algorithm and the two-sided Arnoldi is performed.  相似文献

Supplier selection and evaluation is a complicated and disputed issue in supply chain network management, by virtue of the variety of intellectual property of the suppliers, the several variables involved in supply demand relationship, the complex interactions and the inadequate information of suppliers. The recent literature confirms that neural networks achieve better performance than conventional methods in this area. Hence, in this paper, an effective artificial intelligence (AI) approach is presented to improve the decision making for a supply chain which is successfully utilized for long-term prediction of the performance data in cosmetics industry. A computationally efficient model known as locally linear neuro-fuzzy (LLNF) is introduced to predict the performance rating of suppliers. The proposed model is trained by a locally linear model tree (LOLIMOT) learning algorithm. To demonstrate the performance of the proposed model, three intelligent techniques, multi-layer perceptron (MLP) neural network, radial basis function (RBF) neural network and least square-support vector machine (LS-SVM) are considered. Their results are compared by using an available dataset in cosmetics industry. The computational results show that the presented model performs better than three foregoing techniques.  相似文献

In this article, we consider the problem of solving Burgers‐Fisher equation. The approximate solution is found using the radial basis functions collocation method. Also for solving of the resulted nonlinear system of equations, we proposed a predictor corrector method based on the fixed point iterations. The numerical tests show that this method is accurate and efficient for finding a closed form approximation of the solution of nonlinear partial differential equations. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Sensors based on microcantilevers, especially ones with uniform structure, have ultrahigh sensitivities. The normalized natural frequencies and the sensitivity of lateral vibration of an elastic microcantilever sensor in contact with a surface are derived analytically based on the Euler–Bernoulli beam theory by taking into account the small scale effect. The interaction of the sensor with the surface is modeled by linear springs, which restricts the results to experiments involving low-amplitude excitations. The results show that the normalized natural frequencies of nonlocal microcantilever are smaller than those for its local counterpart, especially for higher values of small scale parameters. Also, each mode has a different sensitivity to variations in surface stiffness. Moreover, the most sensitivity is observed at the first mode of vibration. When the nonlocal effect is not taken into account, the natural frequencies and the sensitivity of the microcantilever in contact with the surface are compared with those obtained in previous study without considering the nonlocal effect.  相似文献

A one-pot four-component reaction of an aliphatic or aromatic amine, diketene, an aromatic aldehyde and 1,3-diphenyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst has been developed. In this reaction, a new class of fully substituted pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine-5-carboxamide derivatives is produced under mild reaction conditions and in good yields at ambient temperature.  相似文献

In the present paper, the isogeometric analysis (IGA) of free-form planar curved beams is formulated based on the nonlinear Timoshenko beam theory to investigate the large deformation of beams with variable curvature. Based on the isoparametric concept, the shape functions of the field variables (displacement and rotation) in a finite element analysis are considered to be the same as the non-uniform rational basis spline (NURBS) basis functions defining the geometry. The validity of the presented formulation is tested in five case studies covering a wide range of engineering curved structures including from straight and constant curvature to variable curvature beams. The nonlinear deformation results obtained by the presented method are compared to well-established benchmark examples and also compared to the results of linear and nonlinear finite element analyses. As the nonlinear load-deflection behavior of Timoshenko beams is the main topic of this article, the results strongly show the applicability of the IGA method to the large deformation analysis of free-form curved beams. Finally, it is interesting to notice that, until very recently, the large deformations analysis of free-form Timoshenko curved beams has not been considered in IGA by researchers.  相似文献

We analyze certain aspects of BTZ black holes in massive theory of gravity. The black hole solution is obtained by using the Vainshtein and dRGT mechanism, which is asymptotically AdS with an electric charge. We study the Hawking radiation using the tunneling formalism as well as analyze the black hole chemistry for such system. Subsequently, we use the thermodynamic pressure-volume diagram to explore the efficiency of the Carnot heat engine for this system. Some of the important features arising from our solution include the non-existence of quantum effects, critical Van der Walls behaviour, thermal fluctuations and instabilities. Moreover, our solution violates the Reverse Isoperimetric Inequality and, thus, the black hole is super-entropic, perhaps which turns out to be the most interesting characteristics of the BTZ black hole in massive gravity.  相似文献

We show that order reduction by a two‐sided Krylov subspace method is equivalent to an approximate TBR in the sense of Galerkin type conditions. The Hankel Singular Values of the original system are thereby approximated by the Hankel singular values of the Krylov reduced model which are used as a stopping criterion to find a suitable order of the reduced model.
